bingo, you're a thinker! What kills me is that the gasoline has been diluted by 10-15% where is the corresponding 10-15% reduction in price? So not only do you get a worse mileage, you pay a premium for it!

it's crazy to see that spread of non ethanol gas, most of it is in the south east, still a good spread all along the east coast

yea and no wonder to. You know whats in the south east? Gulf of Mexico, you know what else is clustered down there? Refineries...

pure gas all the way. i try to find pure gas when I can but 87 octane is almost always at least 10% ethanol.
