So some of the talk has been that Chevy may offer parts of the Cheyenne package separately.

I'm curious if the ZL1 steering wheel swap is a plug-n-play?

Where did you hear about this? Would like a link back to some source.
The swap should mostly be plug-n-play, i doubt it can be really complicated, something any gear head should be able to do.
