I think auto companies are happy to use a name that they already have rights to because they've used it in the past. If you don't want to name your vehicle a random assortment of numbers and letters then you are pretty much left with names that your company has retired in the past.

that way it has more meaning and does make sense in the end can't blame them for doing it, it happens a lot

Don't think we'll see it on production.

agreed, its not financially feasible for a production model. CF bumpers and tailgate will simply munch into the typically high margins a special variant will carry. The carbon ceramic brakes could make the jump because they are simply a parts bin piece but even at that I think it spikes the cost too high unless they are planning to sell the Cheyenne in Z/28 territory...

That makes sense.
If that's the case, then maybe they can make the CF parts optional, or even part of a special package you can check off on the order sheet?

would work well as an option

if they made it standard the cheyenne would be dam expensive

That too.

If they don't offer it at all it will give hennessy performance an area to fill in on

burritotacosalsa 12-24-2013 09:06 AM

does hennessy even do trucks?

lemony squeezy 12-24-2013 12:34 PM
