Silverado Cheyenne And Street Truck Concepts From SEMA







Lets be honest, the Silverado Cheyenne concept from SEMA this year was a response to RAM's Rumble Bee concept from Woodward and Fords now in production F-150 Tremor. The internet says RAM is considering the Rumble Bee for production just like in 2004 and 2005, while Chevy is also considering Cheyenne as the outline for a Silverado SS reincarnate....

The one that loses the contest IMO is the Rumblebee by Dodge.

The Ford looks pretty good. I like the headlight design and the grille.

Part of me just wants the Chevy because it seems like everyone has a Ford truck.

I found this video of the Cheyenne on display at SEMA. You see it drive onto the stage... And the editor gives you a bit of background and details on the truck too. Nice look at all the carbon fiber parts too.

Now i'm just wondering how ss Silverado's will match up to this. If they can keep up, or get left behind. On the plus side a ss Silverado would be a good cheaper alternative.

But for now we can at least speculate on what the outcome might be. We have a general idea of it's price, power, and performance features.
